Teaching Multiple Students?
All About Reading makes it easy to teach multiple students! If you're teaching more than one child, you'll
need to purchase a few individual products for each child.
The Letter Tiles and Review Boxes are needed to teach Levels 1-4 of All About Reading and Levels 1-7 of All About Spelling. These items will be used throughout the program.
The Letter Tiles provide multisensory learning tools so your student learns more quickly and retains what is taught. The Letter Tiles are the same for both All About Reading and All About Spelling. You will only need to purchase one set per household.
The Review Boxes help you customize your student’s review cards and stay organized. We recommend each student have their own review box. Please note: the Spelling Review Box includes a set of Spelling Divider Cards and the Reading Review Box includes a set of Reading Divider Cards. The Divider Cards for each program differ, so you will need to purchase the correct box for the program you are purchasing.
Note: The Letter Tiles and Review Boxes on this page are not needed for the Pre-Reading program. Pre-Reading utilizes a different review box which is already bundled with the Pre-Reading Program.
Choose Between the Letter Tiles App or Physical Letter Tiles
The Reading Interactive Kit contains everything you need, including the physical letter tiles, but there are two optional items to consider. If you plan to teach mainly with the physical letter tiles, you'll want to purchase a 2' x 3' magnetic white board from a store such as Walmart or Staples. If you would prefer to use our Letter Tiles app on your tablet, be sure to visit our Letter Tiles app information page.

If you are teaching more than one student, we recommend the following:

The remaining items can be shared between multiple students (Letter Tiles, Magnets, and tote bag).
Our Letter Tiles are designed to be used for both All About Reading and All About Spelling and include all letter tiles needed for every level of both programs. You will only need one kit per household. If you purchased your Letter Tiles before April 2023, see additional information in the "Previous Editions" FAQ section below
Yes. Each box comes with divider cards, and these are different for reading and spelling. Also, you will want a separate review box for each program to store and organize the flashcards that come in your student packet to keep them separate. If you are teaching multiple students, we recommend purchasing separate review boxes for each child.
Previous Editions
The older kit did not include specialty tiles (Syllable Tags, prefixes, suffixes, Greek word parts, and Latin word parts). Instead, these were included in the subsequent Student Packets as needed. The Student Packets will continue to include specialty tiles to ensure customers still receive all the tiles needed for the program. However, there have been multiple improvements to our new Letter Tiles kit that might benefit you, such as:

Tokens to use with All About Spelling Level 1
Updated Syllable Tags that will be used for both programs

We've made purchasing even easier! Due to customer feedback, we have phased out our Interactive Kits. Instead, the Letter Tiles now include all tiles and magnets needed for all levels of All About Reading and All About Spelling and are purchased separately as a one-time purchase. The divider cards are also now included with the review boxes.
